Today we want to celebrate those who fired up the crowd with decisive plays: the season's top scorer and top assist providers. Because in floorball, we win together, but whoever scores and whoever provides the final pass often makes the difference.

The Goal Specialist: Davide Brambilla

How many goals could Spartak Milano's number 14 have scored, if not 14! This year, the cannibal Davide Brembol Brambilla has reached double figures and forcefully reclaimed the title of Spartak Milano's top scorer for the 2025/26 season, snatching it from Davide Fornari. Last season, the competition was intense between the two players from Milan and the Italian national team, but this year there was no contest: thanks to assists from his friend from Serenissima, Elia Marinello, and from Fornari himself, Brembol has kept the flame of hope alive in many of the team's matches, never giving up. Although he no longer holds the captain's armband, which was handed down with deep and deserved respect to Luigi Zinni, who also scored four goals, Brembol has increasingly taken on the role of the Spartak team's true leader, of which he will become head coach next season.

Scrolling through the goal rankings, in addition to the golden quartet, we find a mix of veterans and promising young floorball players who nonetheless made their mark in this unfavorable season for the blue-and-whites. Of particular note are the "serenissimi" goals by Rovoletto and Sturaro (their very first wins in Serie A1) and Alessandro Pierazzo's brace against Sesto, which gave the blue-and-white fans a wonderful Christmas. Finally, congratulations to Spartak's two international stars: Matteo van de Loo and Arvin, who produced one of the season's finest plays against Bolzano, complete with a no-look pass and a shot under the crossbar.

Patrizio Beccarini, the man of the last assist

While the top scorers' rankings were a dead heat, the top assist-producing rankings were a different story. Patrizio "il Becca" Beccarini, the Swiss highlander of Italian floorball, came out on top by just one assist. Thanks to his experience and tactical acumen, Becca took the top spot with six assists, leaving the bottom spots of the podium to another veteran, Elia Marinello (five assists), and the two blue-and-white offensive stars, Brembol and Fornari, who, with four assists each, showcased the qualities of a true team attack. Brambilla, in addition to his 14 goals, was able to serve the team when needed, while Fornari stood out for his generosity and ability to read offensive situations.

Returning to Becca ed Elia, the fact that two "new" players, born out of their collaboration with the Veneto team, produced the most assists demonstrates how this year the team immediately found the right chemistry and harmony needed to compete at the highest levels, thanks primarily to the two coaches: Marco Giuzzi for the Spartak lines and Edoardo Moro for the Serenissima lines.

Not far behind the top four assist-makers is the small group of white-blue senators, led by Koschitz (perhaps in his final season, who knows): Marco Giuzzi, Marco Affò, and Riki Ripamonti have been the protagonists of yet another rock-solid season, drawing on their more than a decade of experience in Italian floorball.

The Numbers That Tell a Team's Story

The data from the 2025/26 season highlights one thing clearly: despite its ups and downs, Spartak Milano hasn't thrived solely on individual play, but on a team that has shared responsibility and prominence.

  • 14 goals for the top scorer

  • 12 different players scored

  • 4 different players among the top assist-men

These numbers reveal a vibrant, growing team, capable of building play and finishing with multiple players. In a challenging league like Serie A1 floorball, offensive variety is a key asset.

Even looking at the penalty data, Spartak has stood out for its tenacity and extreme fairness, with the most serious infractions occurring only in very exceptional circumstances.

On the Spartak Milano Bad Guys podium, this year's top spots go to captain Luigi Zinni, who received a controversial red card in the first leg against Sterzing and Arvin, earning a whopping 16 minutes in his only game (if that's not a record, it's close). Sharing the bottom spot with 10 minutes each are Riki "Mister 2 Minutes" Ripamonti and Davide Fornari, who paid the price for a brief moment of madness in Bolzano.

A Look Ahead to Next Season

The 2025/26 season leaves behind important certainties: a reliable striker in Davide Brambilla, a defensive midfielder with a knack for scoring in Patrizio Beccarini, and a cohesive group of players, from the more experienced Fornari and Zinni to the youngsters from Serenissima ready to grow further. The future of Spartak Milano depends on this: on daily work, on the understanding on the pitch, and on that hunger for goals and assists that has fueled this season. And we can't wait to tell the next chapter, together. 🔵⚪
